RWAF - ALZBURG RESORT 

Our project located at 32 Chenery Street Mansfield intends to create 2 separate dwellings located at the rear of the existing residence.

 

The 1st level dwelling is a 2 bedroom unit containing a private bathroom, kitchen, lounge room and outdoor living area.

 

The upper dwelling a 4 bedroom unit, containing 2 bathrooms, large open living lounge and outdoor balcony area. This project will create 6 key worker bedrooms and/or accommodate up to 12 workers for Alzburg Resort & Mansfield Business Community.
